Who we are

Content Room ("we") is a podcast clipping studio run by Raj. Contact: raj@contentroommedia.com.

What we collect

Your email and name — when you email us or become a client.
Your content — episode links or files you send us so we can make your clips.

This website itself sets no cookies and runs no analytics or trackers.

How your content is handled

Your episodes and finished clips are stored in a private Google Drive folder shared only between you and us.
Only Raj has access to your shared folder. We do not share your content with contractors, other clients or outside parties.
We never publish or post your content. You post your own clips, on your own accounts.
Your clips only appear in our portfolio or on this site with your written permission — never by default.
If you stop working with us, we delete your files on request, usually within 7 days.

Email

If we emailed you first, it is because your podcast contact email is publicly listed. Every email we send includes a working way to opt out — reply "unsubscribe" and you will never hear from us again.

What we never do

Sell or share your data or your content with anyone.
Use your content for anything other than making your clips.
