The service

Content Room turns your podcast episodes into short vertical clips. The monthly plan includes 30 finished clips per month from up to 3 of your episodes (about 6 hours of footage), delivered in weekly batches to a shared Google Drive folder. Clips are approximately 20–60 seconds, delivered as 1080×1920 MP4 files with captions.

Free sample

The first two clips are free, delivered within 48 hours of us confirming your episode. No payment details are required. The free clips are yours to keep either way.

Revisions

Every clip includes two revision rounds. If a chosen moment cannot be made to work, we replace it with a different one.

Billing and cancellation

The plan is billed monthly, in advance, at the rate agreed when you join.
You can cancel any time before your next billing date with a single email — no notice period, no cancellation fee.
Work already delivered in a paid month remains yours; we do not offer partial-month refunds.

Ownership

You own your source content and every clip we deliver — fully, forever, with no watermark and no attribution required. We claim no rights over your content. We only showcase client work with written permission.

What we need from you

You confirm you have the rights to the content you send us (it is your show, or you have permission from whoever owns it).

Posting add-on

Publishing clips to your accounts on your behalf is not included in the standard plan and is available as an optional add-on, quoted separately.

Liability

We provide editing services "as is." Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the month the issue occurred. We make no promises about views, growth, or platform performance — nobody honestly can.
